With more than a decade of experience in the field of education, including positions as a college lecturer, specialist tutor in higher education and as a DSA study needs assessor, I had a vision for creating a business that specialises in supporting neurodivergent and disabled adults and young people to succeed in their personal, professional and academic endeavours.
Through my experience, I have observed firsthand the challenges and barriers individuals with specific learning differences, disabilities, and mental health conditions can face while studying. I have also had the privilege of supporting these students in achieving academic success by offering tailored, personalised support to enhance their skills and find effective strategies, enabling them to reach their full potential. I have also had the pleasure of coaching individuals at work, assisting them in developing strategies to fulfil the demands of their role.
Cymorth Addysg will offer specialised workplace and learning needs assessments, using robust assessment tools, as well as specialist tutoring and coaching, to assist individuals who face difficulties in their study or employment.

Cymorth Addysg also aims to expand awareness and knowledge of the challenges and obstacles encountered by neurodiverse and disabled individuals, through engaging and interactive training designed to enhance knowledge and understanding, as well as the ability to provide support to neurodiverse and disabled individuals in educational and professional environments.
